Help Improve Health & Care Services – Share Your Experience

We are inviting community members to share their experiences of health and care services in the Black Country. Your feedback can help the NHS better understand how communities experience services and how they can be improved.  This will be held at Caldmore Community Garden, where you can share you story with us. 

All participants will be anonymised, and as a thank you for your time, each participant will receive a £20 gift card. 

Please be aware that spaces are limited, you need to be 18+, living in Walsall and willing to come in for a face to face meeting.
