Caldmore Community Garden can be hired for community events, birthday parties, picnics, BBQs and private functions. The garden can host up to hundred people. We offer an indoor community café space and an outdoor area with a playground, music stage, campfire, barbecue and a pizza oven. Extra marquees can be provided.

Caldmore Community House is an excellent, welcoming space for training, tuition classes, and group meetings for up to 20 participants. We offer affordable rates and access to wi-fi, a projector, laptop, DVD player and a sound system.

Downstairs Room

Our community café room can be used for meetings, workshops and family receptions, as well as a base for outside events and receptions at the Garden. It includes a disabled toilet and kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 30 people. The room is fully accessible for people with mobility issues.

Rates and booking:

You can hire the Garden and the downstairs room for £20 hour. You will also be asked to pay a £50 refundable deposit on top of your booking fee to cover the cost of any potential damage, cleaning cost or lateness.
